How far in advance should I call to make an appointment?

"Our trained office staff of secretaries and medical assistants schedule routine visits within two weeks. Urgent or sick visits are scheduled based on the level of illness. However, we make every effort to see every sick patient before the end of the day they call. If a patient can not be seen the same day, they are almost always offerred an appointment for the very next day. To help us accomplish this goal please call early in the day."
