Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Everyone at our office is at your service.

Emergencies
If you have a medical emergency, our office provides an on-call service, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Call (610) 929-3380 and the doctor on call will be contacted immediately.

Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

Billing/Payment
All billing inquiries are to be directed to our office at (610) 929-3380. Our staff is prepared to answer any questions you may have regarding payments.

Payment is due at the time of service for all non-participating insurance companies. Co-payment is also due at the time of service.

Patients are responsible for notifying our office of any changes in their home billing address/telephone numbers and with their primary/secondary insurance coverage. Forms of payment accepted by the office are cash, personal checks, money orders and the following credit cards:
